- Where are your beauty products manufactured? All our products are proudly manufactured in China. We adhere to strict quality control standards and international cosmetic regulations to ensure safety and performance.
- Are your products suitable for sensitive skin? Most of our products are formulated to be gentle on various skin types, including sensitive skin. However, we recommend checking the ingredient list on each product page and conducting a patch test before full use, especially if you have known allergies.
- Do your products expire? How long is the shelf life? Yes, all our cosmetics have an expiration date printed on the packaging (usually 3 years from the manufacturing date). Once opened, we recommend using most products within 6-12 months for optimal quality and safety.
Orders & Payments
- How can I track my order? After your order is shipped, we will send a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also log into your account on ccosme.com and check the order status in the "My Orders" section.
- What payment methods do you accept? We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and other secure payment gateways. All transactions are encrypted to protect your payment information.
- Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it? You can cancel or modify your order within 2 hours of placing it. Please contact our customer service immediately at isnnate@outlook.com if you need to make changes. Once the order is processed and shipped, we cannot cancel or modify it.

Returns & Refunds
- What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy for unused, unopened products in their original packaging. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging for a free replacement or full refund.

- When will I receive my refund? Once we receive and inspect your returned item (usually 3-5 business days after delivery to our warehouse), we will process your refund. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to reflect in your original payment method.
