We process and pack all orders within 24 hours after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and Chinese public holidays). Once your order is handed over to our logistics partner, you will receive a shipping confirmation email at your registered email address immediately. The email contains your unique tracking number and a direct tracking link.
Note: Please check your spam/junk folder if you haven’t received the shipping confirmation email within 48 hours of placing your order. If it’s still missing, contact our customer service immediately.

- Navigate to the "My Orders" page from the account dropdown menu.

3. Understanding Tracking Status
Our orders go through two main shipping stages, and the tracking status will be updated accordingly. The total delivery time is usually 10-15 business days:
- International Air Transport Stage: Status may show "Shipped from China", "In Transit to Destination Country", "Customs Clearance in Progress" — this stage takes 3-7 business days.
- Local Courier Delivery Stage: Status may show "Arrived at Local Distribution Center", "Out for Delivery", "Delivered" — this stage takes 2-5 business days after customs clearance.
