All orders placed on ccosme.com will be processed and packed within 24 hours after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and major Chinese public holidays, such as Spring Festival, National Day, etc.). Once the order is packed and handed over to the logistics provider, we will send a shipping confirmation email to your registered email address immediately.

3. Transportation Process

Our products adopt a two-stage transportation mode to ensure safe and fast delivery to your door:
  1. International Air Transport from China: After your order is packed in our Chinese warehouse, it will be transported to the international transit hub by air. This stage focuses on ensuring the rapid transfer of goods across borders.
  2. Local Courier Delivery: Upon arrival at the destination country/region, the goods will be transferred to local well-known courier companies (such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, or local postal services) for last-mile delivery directly to your specified address.

4. Delivery Timelines

The total delivery time includes order processing time and actual transportation time. Under normal circumstances, the overall delivery cycle is 10-15 business days from the date of order placement. Please note that:
